Product Structure & Working Principle

The High Speed Air Blowing Checkweigher adopts a three-stage modular structure, consisting of an infeed conveyor section, weighing section, and air-blow rejection section. It can be seamlessly integrated with various automated production line equipment such as packaging machines, metal detectors and inkjet printers, enabling fully automated operation of the entire production line.

The infeed conveyor section stabilizes and calibrates the speed of incoming products from the upstream line, ensuring products enter the inspection area at a constant spacing and uniform speed, eliminating the impact of speed fluctuations on detection accuracy.

The weighing section is the core unit of the equipment. Equipped with high-precision weighing sensors and Jutian’s self-developed intelligent weighing control system, it completes real-time collection, analysis and judgment of weight data the moment a product passes through, and synchronously outputs qualified/unqualified signals.

The rejection section features an air-blow actuator composed of a high-response solenoid valve and precisely positioned nozzles. Upon receiving the signal, it actuates within milliseconds, blowing unqualified products off the main conveyor line via directional airflow. The entire process is completely free of mechanical contact, causing no damage to the product itself.

The main frame of the machine is constructed from high-quality stainless steel, paired with a food-grade PU conveyor belt. The core drive component is a 24V brushless motor, which delivers stable, jitter-free operation. It is easy to install, disassemble, clean and maintain, making it suitable for complex production environments across multiple industries.
