The intelligent electronic bench scale is suitable for workshop batching weighing, process weight monitoring, and semi-finished/finished product weighing in industries such as chemical, food, building materials, and electronics. It supports formula storage, automatic calculation of feeding quantity, and data upload, helping standardize production processes and enable quality traceability. Some counting-type intelligent models can be used for batch counting of parts and components to improve production efficiency. It is also adapted for incoming inspection (raw material weight verification) and finished product factory quality inspection (package weight sampling inspection, part weight testing), supporting automatic recording of quality inspection data, unqualified product alarms, and generation of traceability reports to meet industry quality control standards.

The scale delivers stable and reliable weighing performance: it not only ensures accurate measurement but also achieves fast response, providing efficient data support for various weighing scenarios.

It comes with built-in 1G RAM and 1G flash memory, supporting the download of various professional applications to meet measurement needs across industries;

It provides product, code, operator, and 8 optional ID variable information, enabling multi-dimensional statistical analysis of data such as products, weighing data, check weight values, and judgment results;

It supports multiple data saving modes including manual accumulation, automatic accumulation during loading/unloading, and barcode scanning accumulation, and automatically generates weighing records and weighing management reports, making data management efficient and hassle-free.

The scale is configured with rich and practical interfaces, including two USB ports, one RJ45 port, two RS232 serial ports, and wireless Wi-Fi. It can be connected to external devices such as mice, USB flash drives, barcode scanners, alarm lights, printers, card readers, large screens, and computers, meeting diverse expansion needs. Print formats support custom editing and import into the internal database for retrieval, featuring flexible and simple operation.

In addition, the device supports power supply via a 12V/2.5A AC adapter and is equipped with a built-in 6V4A rechargeable battery, with an optional 12V lithium battery pack for flexible and convenient power supply. Furthermore, it allows custom development of application systems according to customer requirements, and can connect to ERP systems such as EMS, Kingdee, and Housekeeper to realize the uploading and issuing of weighing information and data, helping enterprises connect data links and improve the intelligence level of weighing management.
