Specialized Scenario-Optimized Structure

The machine consists of four core units: feeding conveyor section, weighing detection section, drop rejection section, and qualified product conveyor section, forming a closed-loop workflow: stable-speed feeding → precise weighing → intelligent judgment → sorted conveying.

To address the pain points of flat products—easy stacking, surface scratching, and frequent jamming with traditional rejection methods—the machine adopts a flap-type drop rejection structure. When an unqualified product is detected, the rejection guide plate flips rapidly, allowing the product to slide smoothly into the reject channel by its own weight. The whole process features no hard impact or contact scratching, protecting the surfaces of printed materials, food flexible packaging, and precision electronic components, while completely eliminating jamming and missed rejection. It supports continuous operation at a high line speed of up to 200 pieces per minute, ensuring production continuity and product yield.

The Decline Rejecting High Speed Machine frame is made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel (SUS316 available as an option), and the conveyor belt is food-grade PU material. The whole machine is easy to disassemble and clean, meeting the hygiene standards of the food and pharmaceutical industries. Equipped with imported high-precision weighing sensors and high-performance brushless motors, it runs stably without vibration. With a weighing range of 0.1–5kg and a minimum detection accuracy of ±0.5g, it can accurately identify unqualified products due to over-weight, under-weight, missing pages, or missing components.

It is fitted with a 7/10-inch bilingual Chinese-English touch screen with a simple and intuitive interface, supporting quick switching between multiple product recipes. Powered by Jutian’s self-developed intelligent weighing system, it provides diversified data statistics and USB data export functions. It can be seamlessly connected with upstream and downstream equipment such as inkjet printers, barcode scanners, and metal detectors, and integrated with enterprise ERP and MES systems for full-process traceability of inspection data.
