Core Structure & Performance Configuration

The Lift Electronic Platform Scale is equipped with a self-developed electric push rod lifting system, enabling stepless height adjustment from 100mm to 300mm. The lifting process is stable with firm locking and no shaking. Operators can adjust the platform height as needed, greatly reducing handling labor intensity and perfectly adapting to scenarios such as high-frequency manual weighing and semi-automatic sorting.

The whole machine is available in three material options: high-rigidity carbon steel, food-grade 304 stainless steel and corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel, suitable for ordinary industrial, food clean and chemical corrosive working conditions respectively. The anti-slip patterned platform is impact-resistant and wear-resistant. The weighing range covers 20kg–600kg, and full customization of platform dimensions is supported.

The device is fitted with 4 high-precision industrial weighing sensors and a self-developed intelligent weighing indicator, with a minimum detection accuracy of up to 1g. Standard functions include taring, gross/net weight switching and weight accumulation. It is equipped with a large 32mm LED high-brightness display for clear reading in both strong light and dim environments, and supports one-key switching of multiple measuring units to suit domestic and international usage habits.Built-in sound and light alarm for upper/lower weight limits allows presetting of qualified weight ranges, effectively avoiding wrong or missing loading.

It adopts a dual power supply mode: AC220V mains power + built-in 6V/4Ah rechargeable battery, supporting both AC and DC operation and continuous use after power failure, making it suitable for outdoor and temporary warehouse scenarios without fixed power supply.Various communication interfaces are optional, supporting connection to printers, barcode scanners and PLC systems, as well as U disk data export, to meet the needs of intelligent warehousing upgrades.
