Unlike simple modified solutions of ordinary fixed platform scales fitted with wheels, this equipment adopts an integrated overall structure design, with the frame, caster set, and weighing system all exclusively optimized for mobile weighing scenarios.The machine features a thickened carbon steel integrally welded frame with plastic-sprayed anti-corrosion treatment, delivering impact resistance, deformation resistance, and no shaking during heavy-duty pushing. Food-grade 304 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel is available as optional full-machine materials, adapting to special working conditions such as food clean workshops and chemical corrosive environments. The weighing platform is designed with anti-slip patterns, effectively preventing cargo from slipping during movement and weighing to ensure operational safety.

The wear-resistant and shock-absorbing caster set enables smooth pushing and flexible steering on cement floors, epoxy floors, and rough outdoor surfaces. Even at a full load of 600kg, a single person can easily complete site transfer. After the brakes are locked, the machine stays stable without displacement or sinking, guaranteeing weighing stability. Paired with an ergonomic anti-slip handle that fits adult operating habits, weighing operations between different workstations, warehouses, and sites can be performed without bending over or relying on forklifts or pallet trucks.

Core functions are built-in: tare, gross/net weight switching, weight accumulation, piece counting, and upper/lower limit sound and light alarm.Adopting a dual power supply mode of AC220V mains power + built-in 6V/4Ah rechargeable battery, the equipment works with both AC and DC power. It supports over 24 hours of continuous operation on a full charge, and can be used normally in outdoor areas, temporary sites, and scenarios without fixed power supplies.
